Now as owner and Principal Improvement Coach of Strait Forward Solutions, she partners with businesses to unlock practical improvement - always with people at the centre. A Sydney to Hobart sailor and catamaran builder, Carmen knows the power of direction, teamwork, resilience and momentum.
